Excellent property and good amenities. However the breakfast which was included in our package had no clear direction and seemed somewhat disorganized. Otherwise was a great stay.

Great hotel choice
Once again, all around wonderful hotel. They had a room ready and allowed hubby to check in early so he was able to drop off his bags and head out to his meetings. Reasonable rates, great location and comfortable room.

Booked this stay so we wouldn’t have to drive home after a Xmas event. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and efficient. Zero complaints…just a bit surprised when I got into the room and found this! lol. It wasn’t an issue, but a room with a comfy chair or sofa would have been more to our liking. (We are not Peloton type people!) I’m sure I could have requested a different room, but for an overnight stay it wasn’t worth the effort. And it t made for some funny stories around the dinner table.

Property was beautiful. Kids loved the pool. Room was gorgeous and comfy. Unfortunately, seems as though more staff was needed. Due to many very rude, loud and inconsiderate guests our stay was terrible. Guests were running, slamming against doors until approximately 3am. Parents of said guests were too busy drinking in the lobby. The only staff seen was a man that spent most of the night riding the elevator to stop the 'guests on the loose'. I went to the desk to complain about the group of boys constantly slamming on my door and the staff was very apologetic. After the running amd slamming calmed down, music blaring in a few of the rooms began until 5am. Police should have been called, or at least for staff to help contain the kids that the parents clearly didnt bother with. We stayed one night and left, we weren't able to sleep at all. Highly recommend calling before booking to make sure there are no hockey tournaments booked there.

I like that even though they are almost at capacity the place feels like there is very few people staying here. There is nice shopping close by and easy walking area to get food if you didn't want to eat at the location. Service was always great and no one was ignored which has happened at other hotels.

The staff was exceptional ~ excellent customer service! Paul, the maintenance man, was also top notch. I experienced a small problem with the TV in my room not working. I called the front desk and he came to help within five minutes. I was very pleased with how quickly he came to help and also how quickly the problem was resolved. I will definitely stay here again when in town from the USA.
