We like to give guests their space but are always just a message, text, or call away. Communication through Airbnb is generally preferred for fastest response time.

We will register you as a member and send instructions for the “Mosino One App.” Please set up your pass right away, as the login code expires.

The app gives you building entry access and allows you to book amenities.

If you have any issues during check-in, even after setting up your pass, please contact us immediately.

• Quiet hours 10pm–7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously — be considerate of neighbours.
• No smoking of any kind indoors. A fine of up to $500 will be charged if smoke is detected to cover professional remediation.
• No pets.
• No open flames — candles and incense are not permitted.
• One parking spot included. Do not park in additional spots without authorization.
• No shoes indoors.
• Check-out: please wash dishes or run the dishwasher if available, bag and dispose garbage, return any moved furniture to its original position and leave the space as you found it.
