I have been to Greece over 100 times; have spent a quarter of my life there; this was one of the most pleasant stays I have ever had. The staff are amazing. Beyond helpful and I’d put them up to any staff at any other resort in the world. It should def be the only place you consider staying on the island.

Lovely pool and view from the hotel was beautiful! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms weren’t quite as nice as I would have hoped for a 4 star hotel, the sheets were rough and not comfortable. But I appreciated how friendly and attentive the staff was.

The Kythea Resort was a wonderful hotel to stay at and the hotel staff made this especially true. The room was clean and a minor issue we had with the flush tank was resolved quickly. A special thank-you to Dimitra for this! The property overall is well maintained and located away from the busy parts of the town allowing for privacy and good views. The breakfast was scrumptious and the staff proactively ensured all guests had a good experience. Anna in particular suggested several places to visit and recommended a quaint restaurant named "Taverna Platanos", in Milopotamos, which is worth a visit. Athena who was at the reception desk in the mornings was also really helpful and recommended we visit the Karavas bakery, a definite must-do when you're in Kithira! Due to its location, the hotel was a good base for excursions to the northern parts of the island. With a car, visiting all parts of the island, including southern areas like Chora and Avlemonas is an option. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kithira!

Disappointment

The hotel took our reservation but when we got there they told us they were not actually "open" yet. No breakfast buffet, though they did provide some breakfast if ordered the night before. No restaurant, pool. We were the only couple in the hotel. Hotels.com should not have listed the room

Μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι από το σύνολο της διαμονής μας. Το δωμάτιο αλλά και το ξενοδοχείο γενικότερα ήταν σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση. Ένα επιπλέον αστέρι στη Σταυρούλα από τη ρεσεψιόν που με το χαμόγελο, την ευγένεια και τις συμβουλές της εκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Συνολικά, το ξενοδοχείο διαφημίζει το τουριστικό προϊόν και συνίσταται ανεπιφύλακτα για διαμονη σε οικογένειες

If there amazingexperience

The Kythea Resort hotel has been superb and a very pleasing find. From the first phone conversation with Par I the rceptionist, she took care of any help or inquiry in the most professional and happy manner. The hotel rooms all have axing views and the pool was wonderful.
