Winter Break

We stayed for three weeks in December 23 Overall we enjoyed staying at this property, a few things needed attention, a very badly burnt microwave which was only replaced after two weeks. The lighting system was chaotic, we never managed to work out which switch did which light! The entrance needed a good clean.. Pillows needed replacing. The size of the property was perfect, close enough to walk to the local shops. Lots of beautiful light! Fantastic having two kitchens, plenty of pans, crockery and utensils. The swimming pool was spotless and very well maintained. Private parking which was a wonderful bonus. A perfect vacation home for a family or couple…

A beautiful villa!

We recently stayed at this beautiful villa in the charming village of Kiti, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The villa is just a short drive to some nice beaches (MacKenzie - the best of them). The villa itself is super spacious and felt very quiet and private, which was exactly what we were looking for. However, it wasn’t secluded, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The lovely pool was a highlight, and it was well-maintained with pool cleaners coming twice during our seven-day stay. Inside, the villa was equipped with everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. The management team was very responsive, getting back to us within minutes. The villa is within walking distance of a street with small shops, eating places, convenience stores, pharmacies, and is just a short drive to a larger supermarket. Kiti is also a good base for exploring the area, with lots of lovely things to see in nearby Larnaca, including the beautiful St. Lazarus Church and the picturesque Salt Lake (worth visit at sunset!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Loved It!

We absolutely loved everything about this villa.It had everything we needed it was clean, it was wonderfully wonderful. We will recommend to any and everyone. We hope to be able to return to stay here in future. The cat! It wouldn't go away and we couldn't leave the doors opens as it always wanted to come in/came in...unforunately we are not cat people so that was quite frustrating.

Amazing house

The house is really lovely and spacious. We loved the garden and the pool. The downstairs is open and airy and very enjoyable. All the bedrooms are spacious and with lots of light. The area is well served with shops and restaurants within walking distance, lovey Kiti main square and faros beach only a short drive away. Cleanliness could have been a bit more careful before we moved in. Some areas of the Kitchen were not very clean and the flooring had some hair, dust and lots of dead insects in some areas. The dishwasher needs replacing whilst not broken is not usable as it leaves the hardware not clean and greasy even after we tried all different washing modes.
