「We had a great time, they really maxed out and made the space flexible for visitors. We also had a large dog. Neighborhood was great and with the AC you really couldn’t hear traffic. You can fit six but I think five would make it most comfortable. 」

「The stay was amazing. The house is incredible! The kids (and adults) had so much fun with the swing inside.」

「We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back!」

「We enjoyed having a full kitchen, you either get a small fridge and maybe a hot plate. It was clean a convenient walk to the beach. Parking was tight and not sure why I had to put the garbage cans out. Isn't that what the cleaning fee is for?」

「This rental far exceeded our expectations! It was more than a house… it was home! Every room was extremely clean and brilliantly decorated. Our stay coincided with weather of extremely high temperatures but we were more than comfortable as the house has fantastic air conditioning. It was about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Cape Neddick Beach and Harbor /Lobster Pound Restaurant. I will recommend this house to all my family and friends.」
