「After a rough start trying to complete the online check-in form, which was required to get a door code. The form wouldn't accept a photo and thus wouldn't send. With no staff on site, it took multiple phone calls, email and messages trying to get hold of a human to assist, we eventually got it sorted. Once in the room it was very nice. Comfy bed, perfectly clean (brand new), great shower, and nice amenities in the room. The night was very quiet and it was an easy area to get around in.」

「The hotel itself was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Probably the best night sleep I’ve ever had. However, the added fees are a little ridiculous. $25 fee paid upfront by us to have a “credit” to our room for food? $45 for valet parking OR take your chances with a meter for street/lot parking. $75 incidentals fee that hasn’t been taken off our credit card as of yet. Quick to charge it, but forever to remove it. Multiple $5 mystery charges that no one can explain, but they’re still there...
