"The place was immaculate, quiet, and very conveniently located for us. We were in town to do the Nubble Lighthouse swim. Afterwards, we enjoyed that we could walk to Perkins Cove for dinner, ice cream, and shopping enjoying the walking draw bridge. The cliff walk that goes to Ogunquit was spectacular. We look forward to next year and will stay again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cozy place. The whole area was beautiful, so peaceful and serene plus it was walking distance to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. My only issue was there was no hair dryer in the property and I definitely need this after I wash my hair. All the essential utensils were in the kitchen and we loved having our coffee before heading out."

"Lovely location with beautiful ocean views. Having Marginal Way almost right our door was fantastic. As a senior women traveling they should have been clearer about the amount of stairs in the cottage. Had a bit of a time with luggage - wasn ’t easy."
Quaint Carriage House Studio Steps from Perkins Cove

"We hit the location jackpot with this stay. All of the Ogunquit must dos are within walking distance which saved so much money on parking. It’s also within 20 minutes of Kennebunk and York which offer tons of things to do and see. Our host, Boriana was quick to respond to any questions and even checked in mid week to make sure we didn’t need anything. The carriage house is small but exactly as described so there were no surprises. It’s an extremely busy area but we were never bothered by noise or commotion. Just a couple of FYI’s the coffee machine is not a Keurig but coffee filters were provided, only two bath towels were provided so for a week stay or longer I’d bring extras and some beach towels for the pool and beach. The doorknob and keypad can be tricky and sometimes falls off but once we figured it out it was fine. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook in a heartbeat."

"Room was very nice. Food was delicious. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful. The Inn was very quiet and clean. Walking distance to Perkins Cove, but about a mile and a half up hill to ogunquit center."
