“I have stayed here so many times I am absolutely amazed at the consistency of how clean and well-maintained everything is. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The location is fabulous. I can’t say enough about the staff, they are so friendly and helpful.”

“The woman that checked us in was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean. All the necessary soaps and linens were available. The bed was a little softer than we are used to, but still very comfortable. The A/C unit was easy to control. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and fresh! A good assortment of cereals, bakery items, juice, hot items (make your own waffles, a pre-made omelet tea, sausage patties and home fries). Would definitely book this hotel again.”

“The location of this property was great, on the perimeter of downtown Portsmouth which is a wonderful little city. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, both for good selection and the taste. My biggest complaint is that it was very noisy in my room. The AC unit is the loudest I've ever heard. A few times I thought it was a nearby train when it started running. Also the people in the room above me woke me up at 1 AM doing something. I didn't hear voices……

“The staff were extremely friendly. The room was standard with the layout being unique. All and all a typical hotel room for this price point However......Then came the shower I went to take a shower the morning of our stay. There was handle to control the water to the shower. The handle to the water control was on the side of the shower, placed where the soap was supposed to be. I got dressed. I go downstairs to the lobby, with the handle in hand.
