“First of all, Joelle is the best. Felt very taken care of by her. 10/10 customer service. The hotel itself is super cute; the pool is LOVELY. No complaints at all. The only thing to note is: If you think you and your partner can share a Queen size bed (and you typically don't), you might want to reconsider that. If we stay here again, we will definitely be picking a bigger bed LOL. ”

“The beach house was just as described very nice house directly right on the beach perfect! Only thing was the BBQ grill was dirty before using it and a lot of sand of the floors when we entered but other then that perfect for my family and I would definitely stay here again!”

“The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

“This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again. ”
