“I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning. Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly. I do not understand why this happened, but it was stressful and unprofessional. It felt like she was collecting unnecessary personal information and……

“Very accommodating for 4 adults and our grandkids. Very nice and spacious. The kids loved the Hot tub. And the pellet stove made it very warm and cozy! ”

“Great stay overall — excellent communication, very clean, pet friendly, and kid-friendly with lots of games. Best suited for a single family traveling together. The bedrooms layout is more child-oriented than adult-oriented.”

“Really nice place. You can tell there was attention to all the details here. The heating elements built into the outdoor areas really made hanging out outside enjoyable. Sauna worked well and hot tub was ready. Great time!”

“Overall, the house is in a great location and was generally comfortable. The host allowed early check-in, which was appreciated. Issues:•Arrival/Exterior: The front door was open when we arrived, and there were needles on the porch that we had to sweep away.Hot tub maintenance: The hot tub water was dirty and appeared not to have been serviced recently. After we contacted the owner, a specialist came out. We were told service occurs on Fridays and that our early arrival (2:00 p.m. vs. 4:00 p.m.)……

“It was clean. The bedroom was very nice and the bed was top notch. The problem with the place is that, while you are in beautiful natural surroundings of the Suncadia Lodge, this property has a view of nothing, not even the parking lot. For what the owners want you to pay per night, you would expect a little more. You are in the Suncadia Lodge; it shouldn't feel like you are at a hotel next to a major airport. ”

“The house was a nice stay. Not having blinds in the bathroom was a bit strange, but considering no one could see in was alright. The pots/pans and utensils were not great. Most were either rusted forks or rusted whisks. Some pans were bent beyond use. I don't think it was neglect but for sure was not favorable. Otherwise the stay was nice. ”

“Asked host for more coffee pods and never received them. Room service was unreachable. Room description was deceptive said one bedroom when actually a studio.”
