「First I'll stay with communication at first I thought it was a bit excessive but I later understood why I received several communications. When I arrived and finally saw it I was a bit taken a back it's quaint. One single room, a microwave and fridge, I had brought food to cook, which I couldn't. 「We stayed at the cabin for only one night, but it was beautiful! The pond is fully stocked and we enjoyed using the paddle boat for the day! It was quiet and felt secluded but you close to a store if you needed anything. The host is very kind and quick to respond, you can tell she cares about you enjoying your stay! They provided pretty much everything from the towels, hygiene supplies, cookware, and fishing supplies! We will definitely stay here again in the future!!!」

「The cottage was so cute. Very clean and had everything we needed. Coffee, creamer, bottled water, plastic silverware and plates, paper towels, seasoning, extra blankets and towels and wash clothes. 「We couldn’t have been more happy with this place. From the minute we walked in, we felt at home. Very clean in all areas. Great shower, very comfortable beds and living room furniture. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable from the welcome basket to a “just in case you forgot something” basket. Hated the weather didn’t cooperate where we could enjoy the decks and fire pit. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. 」

「One queen bed on main floor which is good for a couple or single. The twin beds are up an extremely tight spiral staircase. Upstairs twin beds are about 12” off the floor. The upstairs is suitable for children ages 6-14 but not adults. The cabin is very nice and well supplied with all essentials. 」

「We stayed here for a family wedding nearby and it was perfect! We had 5 adults and 1 child, but the house could have easily accommodated more. Great location—less than 15 minutes from the Green Valley Gathering Place, close to the highway, with plenty of parking. The owners were super responsive. Would definitely recommend!」

「The property was amazing as advertised with an incredible view. Between business and family we have rented a lot, and James is absolutely the best host ever. He even gave us a nice parting gift to remember the trip. We will be booking with James every time we go back to Kentucky.」

「We stayed here for a family funeral in Gallipolis and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house is clean, well-kept, and overlooks beautiful Raccoon Creek. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we were able to cook in. Two main-floor bedrooms were great for those who can’t do stairs, and there were plenty of linens.
