Here Comes the Sun is located in the popular community of Tuckahoe in Duck, and is only 525 feet to the nearest beach access. This well-maintained home features many amenities including a private pool, a hot tub, a wet bar, a ground level kitchenette, a recreation room, and spacious decks with covered areas for shade lovers. A crow’s nest deck with beautiful ocean views and hints of a picturesque soundside sunset. The cooks in the family will appreciate the stainless steel appliances and induction range. Five of the six bedrooms are en suites with their own deck access!

Your family will stay entertained with a private pool and lawn with a horseshoe pit. If you need a break from the water, step inside to the well-equipped recreation room with a large flat screen TV, pool table, and kitchenette. When you’re not swimming in the private pool or soaking up the sun, you’ll enjoy access to the community pool and tennis/pickleball courts as well. This beautiful home has everything you need for a great vacation!

This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

The pool size is approximately 12’ x 24’. Optional pool heat is available for $350/week. The hot tub is available from the first week in April to November 1st unless negotiated otherwise.

The Tuckahoe community outdoor pool is generally open from mid-May through early October. Exact 2025 community pool dates are TBD.

Ground Level: Recreation room with access to the pool deck and outdoor showers, pool table, kitchenette, large cable TV with surround sound and Blu-ray, king bedroom and two twin beds, and hall bathroom with tub shower.

Mid Level: Queen en suite with tub shower and access to covered deck, king en suite with cable TV with DVD, walk-in shower, large jetted tub and access to pool-side covered deck, king en suite with cable TV with DVD, tub shower, and access to poolside covered deck, and two twins en suite with tub shower and access to covered deck.

Top Level: Living area with large cable TV and surround sound, access to the sun deck and covered deck with gas grill, wet bar with wine cooler, kitchen, dining area, king en suite with cable TV, walk-in shower, and access to deck, and half hall bath.
