Great location and lovely views from tower

The house is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood in Duck and we walked to the beach frequently. Views of ocean and Sound from tower were terrific. The interior of the house was very clean and the pool, spa, deck and patio were great amenities. There were only a few downsides: 1. All exterior lights on parking level not working, which makes for creepy evening arrivals/departures. 2. Wasn’t really a comfortable piece of furniture inside the house. 3. The dryer seems to vent right into the laundry room, making that room a damp and mildewy environment.

The house and location was great and very accessible the kitchen was very updated and modern with a very well stocked cabinets with all the pots and ans you could ask for. The 1st day we was there we noticed the coffee pot was broken so i reached out to the management just to twll them and the next day they brought us a brand new one which i thought was very great. The pool was a hit everyone enjoyed it. The hot tub was a bonus we enjoyed that in the mornings and at night.Now the cons.I live in Virginia and where im from im used to insects and all the critters but this place had so many large and small spiders in every corner of all the porches and laundry room there was no brooms to even try to knock them down i understand places get bugs but this was ridiculous the inside of the house didnt have any but the outside including the screen in porch was covered some of our kids refused to come out at night bc of it. Im just suggesting maybe have the porches cleaned off. Other than that the property was great.
