The best place in kitty Hawk for families!

We absolutely love this property! The access to different rooms is perfect and the location is our favorite! Right next door to Art's Place and literally a minute walk across the street to the beach. Pool on the property is wonderful and the amenities are perfect for our family of 4. This is our second year staying and we can't wait to book again for next year!

Has some really great local spots close by and love the ocean view and access to the beach. We have been twice and noticed the improvement’s from our first stay. Will probably visit again. Arts place next door is a great breakfast spot my daughter begged to return this trip!

We had a wonderful time this past week. Actually stayed there last year too fir the first time. Place was great close to beach and do many restaurants as well. Care taker was very friend and helpful for us while staying there. We will be back again for sure. Making this an annual family mini vacation before Memorial Day

We love the Saltaire. It is a great location and it is very clean and easy to check in, etc. However, I'm not a fan of the 4 pm check in and 10 am check out. I understand you can pay $50 more to adjust those hours, but wow, that is steep. A late check in AND early check out is really not acceptable IMHO. There were 4 of us and we were only given 4 K-cups for coffee. I think the rental price paid could have included at least 2 K-cups per person. The weather was cold (39 degrees at night) when we were there, so a blanket on the bed would have been nice. No blankets were found on the property. . . other than a lap blanket, which didn't cut it for me. Sounds like I have a lot of complaints doesn't it? Just offering suggested improvements. We still loved our stay and would return.

We arrived on Saturday evening, everything we needed to prepare a great meal at the condo. It was clean, well stocked, beds were comfortable. I will say that the hot water is tricky so watch out.The location is absolutely perfect, right across the street from the beach; restaurant next door has fabulous burgers! We had a great quick getaway!

This is a quaint property really close to the beach. There is even an ocean view since it is on the second floor! We only stayed one night. We walked to a really good restaurant a block away, went on the beach at night for a walk, and left the next morning. The porch was nice to sit and see the beach, but the rain had it damp and dirty. It would be a great place for a family trip!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent as we were able to walk across the street to the beach. The kids loved having a pool too! While the unit was clean, the showers/plumbing is terrible. Our shower was extremely hot and several times the water would fluctuate during the shower. I was almost burned by the water!! The shower in the other bathroom has too high of water pressure. My 6 year old complained about it hurting her back. Please do something about the showers!

Suitable for a quick getaway. Nice to have a kitchen in a small space. The water in the showers was a little crazy, you never knew if you were going to have hot or cold water! Living room furniture left much to be desired of, very uncomfortable! Location on the island was good because it was not a long trip to Corolla or South nags Head.
