hotel is central, I booked specious rooms category over 3 months, with price difference of 33%, ended up overlooking parking and no view. For the high price, unfortunately, mattresses & below very uncomfortable, room phone was not working and took them 5 days to fix it, cheap curtains keeps falling. However, the staff are friendly, hotel location is convenient, but concierge service not experienced in delivering complete information. definitely, I wouldn't consider the hotel a 5 stars compared to other hotels we visited. I think its way over priced in the high season in return for the quality of rooms, services and compared to facilities, rooms and services of other hotels in same category and pricing.

Über Weihnachten im Weissen Rössl Top!!!

Wir waren dort über die Weihnachtsfeiertage 2016. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit ausgesprochen kompetenten Concierge/Rezeptionistin. Tolle Suite, geschmackvolles Ambiente, der SPA/ Schwimmbad/ Sauna/ Fitnessbereich hat eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und ist ebenfalls picobello gepflegt und sauber. Rundum muss man sagen, dass gesamte Hotel-Team zeichnet sich durch einen sehr freundlichen, ausgezeichneten Ton und Service aus. Der Lounge und Barbereich des Hotels - mit einem hervorragenden Bar-Chef, verwöhnte uns auch noch persönlich, im hauseigenen Restaurant "Velvet", mit einem exzellenten Dinner - das sehr zu empfehlen ist. Für verwöhnte Gäste ein muss in Kitzbühel. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Viele Grüße!

Hyvä hotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla. Puolihoito vain 25 euroa sisältäen 7-ruokalajin illallisen. Ystävällinen palvelu. Ilmainen pysäköinti. Siisti ja tilava huone (mh+oh+parveke). Kabiiniasemalle kävelymatka. Miinuksena, hotellin yleiset tilat kaipaisi jo päivitystä.

An excellent choice.

Overall an excellent hotel. The staff were throughout extremely courteous, friendly and extremely professional. The Breakfast I would rate highly probably as good a buffet style I have had recently. We opted for dinner in the hotel with a little trepidation as we had very long days skiing, followed by some stretches and thermal treatment in the spa- which is excellent. Our fears for restaurant were soon abolished as we enjoyed a 7 course dinner which was excellent in terms of quality and price. My only negative was our double room was quiet basic and quiet a distance from the heart of the hotel. I will definitely return for our annual skiing trip next season.
