Without that help he would not have recovered fast enough to make our flight. The staff was so concerned and let us stay in our room past our checkout time without charging us for an extra day. We are so grateful to them for taking such good care of us. We will never forget them or what they did for us. This kind of care and service is priceless."

"First, the place had a different name than what was advertised, when we finally got to the property, the attendant was dressed very dirty with sagging pants showing his underwear. He didn't even asked who we are or for any ID's. The room was at the 4th floor, the elevator doesn't work and the hallways are not lit. The sliding and front doors and windows are mostly not working and locks are not working. It was very unsafe, dirty and I left as soon as I got another reservation to another hotel. Customers beware of this fraudulent dangerous place."
