"The food was great, the room was nice and the facilities amazing. The Japanese staff were so nice and helpful but the reason for is less star is the lady at the front desk who was not Japanese was quite rude. Other than that this stay would have been 5 stars all round."

"Great location in Shinjuku, I stay 2 nights with my family and it was very pleasant, the breakfast buffet was great and the terrace bar was great as well. "

"Breakfast was great , make sure you get it included with your room. The room was nice, but mattress was very hard. Housekeeping didn’t really care so I had to make a complaint at the front desk Surrounding areas were close to the train station and stores. Front desk & baggage handlers were great. I spent 5 nights here and loved it"
