beautifull location with beach view, the matrasses needs to be replace, too hard & you can fee the springs. Airconditioner did not have a good night mode. Typlical thai breakfest, for me as European too simple.

We had villa right on the beach which was great location. We had our own pool and also walking distance to larger pools. Having breakfast made for us was very nice and the food was very decent. You can order western or Thai food. We had trouble contacting staff. There is no phone in room and when called the number given, no one answered. This happened a few times. Luckily nothing urgent. Showers right by beach to wash off feet. Water slide for kiddos was nice touch. Garden bungalows looked very cute although we did not stay there. If you're looking for a quiet place on beach, this place meets that criteria.a/c worked very well and nice and cool.

4th time here!

Love this place. More remote but if you need beauty and calm this is the place. We were a larger group and they went above and beyond by providing what we needed, helping us arrange transport, helping us find lost luggage, gathering supplies. Their accounting summary for our group was also really helpful.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Staff was really friendly and helped us. Breakfast was quite limited but tasted good. Location is pretty far from everything so you might want to rent a car or scooter. Bolt worked fine and staff called taxi for us. But scooter would have been better. Wi-fi worked really good! Beds were comfortable and room was really nice. We stayed here for 10 days, two adults and two child, would recommend!

For the cost, it was good, it does need a good infusion of money to get it to where it needs to be. The transportation was a little challenging at first, but we rented a Tuk Tuk which was perfect for what we needed to get around. The internet was so so, it could have been better.

beautiful location, property needs work !

The location is excellent that is the best thing about the hotel. Stayed in the bungalows which was a hit and miss on the quality and cleanliness (stay away from 129 / 130). The bungalows need refurbishing, in fact a coat of paint will do wonders to the look and feel. Easy access to beach with local restaurants on both sides. The breakfast is very basic, and quality varied on a daily basis. Staff could be a little more friendly in the restaurant area which could get them lots more sales of food and drink. Unless you are driving, transport to go anywhere is difficult, so the hotel marks up prices working with the local taxi firm or friends to get you transport. Love the quietness of the beach which has a long stretch with both sunrise and sunset. Already planned a monthly 2/3 day get away to this area but not sure if to this property.

We have been here several times. The place looks a little tired. The air conditioning in our room did not work correctly. We managed but it got warm until the cooling kicked in again. There were parts that were not so clean which was sad. Just needed a little more attention

Absolutely no value for money. Like a hospice.

Big disappointment. The hotel is old and worn. No maintenance performed. Pools without swim ladder. Broken tile. Had a family room for 3 nights. Checked out earlier than planned. Dirty rooms. Dusty floor and furniture. Dirty bedding with stains. Bathroom tap loose. No shower curtain. Electricity fully shown in roof. Gap under front door making bugs come in. Breakfast poor. Restaurant always empty. Very few guests. The age level of the guests are over 70. Customer service poor. No one speaks English. Beach full of garbage.
