「We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. Only problem and my biggest issue was the beds. Extremely hard and uncomfortable. Not Queen or King bed. Only 2 single beds per room. From all my...

「We stayed at the Karoo Art Hotel for one night on our way to Cape Town. It is a wonderfully restored hotel in keeping with its character. The bed was very comfortable and our room spacious. We had dinner and breakfast there and both were very good, we would definitely return if ever in South Africa. It was nice to safely be able to walk around the town.」
