「First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. We arrive in the evening and our flight was at 7 am so had to leave at 4 am so stayed here for only ~8 hours and were asleep for a good part of it, but we loved how clean the place is and the lady at the reception was so lovely and helpful so we started our stay with a very good mood and there was kettle/tea/coffee in the room which was a pleasant surprise after having stayed in two hotels in italy without it.
