“Amazing authentic Greek experience. The villa is located in a very small village by the sea with a couple of restaurants, a bakery and mini market. Fantastic villa with terrasses - eg a roof terrasse with the most beautiful view. Owner was very welcoming, quick in communication and super friendly. Highly recommend this place!!”

“I loved this apartment, perfect for 2 people and it had everything we needed: from air conditioning (which luckily we needed very little) to washing machine. It has a large terrace in front with chairs and a table where we had breakfast every morning. The trees provide shade from the morning sun so we could enjoy the terrace. There is also a patio on the back where we dried our swimsuits and towels. You can park your car right in front of the property. There's also a bakery and a market 2……

“We loved our stay in Samos. Ethos Luxury home was all that it advertised and more. Our family adult daughter and parents had plenty of room, privacy, the view and sound of the ocean were just what we needed! the Kitchen was fabulous! .. the deck was great for family talks and reading. movies at night. the place was immaculate and so well constructed!!!!. We went on excursions during the day...visiting the Heraion Sanctuary, the tunnel of Eupalinus, a monastary, the beach in pythagoreus, and the……

“Wir haben als Familie eine wunderbare Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Der Vermieter war nicht persönlich vor Ort, aber reagierte sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen. Morgens mit dem Meeresrauschen aufwachen war ganz besonders toll. Der Zugang zum Meer ist hier sehr steinig, aber mit Wasserschuhen geht es. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten sehr gut, was wichtig war, da es in den letzten Nächten seht heiß war. Wir waren zufrieden und haben den Blick auf das Meer sehr genossen.”

“Location was very nice. Finding it on google maps was a little challenging but we asked a neighbour and he showed us the door. Car needs to be parked nearby. Place was very clean, host was very nice. Breakfast was not included but host gave us a welcoming cake when we arrived. Only problem that we've had was the view and noise. There is a huge construction at the port (it is being rebuilt) and nowhere this was mentioned. Heavy construction is going on there right in front of you and work……

“The property sits in a leafy spot of Samos with breathtaking views of the sea and Turkish headlands. The villas are well appointed with very good maintenance standards. Breakfast can be had at the other hotel located downwards next to the sea and the private beach (excellent for a first swimming of the day): a outdoor breakfast room with a “Saint Jean Cap Ferrat “ French Riviera feeling. Altogether our favorite place where to stay in Samos.”

“Das Haus war wie beschrieben, wir hatten als Paar ausreichend Platz, für mehr Leute ist es m.E. nicht geeignet. Mini Küche mit kleinem Herd und Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach (passt die Flasche Ouzo gut hinein!). Klimaanlage oben, wirkt aber auch die Wendeltreppe hinunter ins Schlafzimmer hinein. Unten auch Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Wäsche wird draußen auf der Terrasse auf dem Klappständer getrocknet, ist nach 1 Stunde trocken, Wäscheklammern sind vorhanden.……

“A couple of issues: (1) No soap. The only place I’ve ever stayed in my life where that happened (2) AC blows directly on the bed and it’s freezing. (3) it’s the furthest west accommodation near the beach from restaurants. Just some things to be aware of. Otherwise it was clean and affordable and the owner was friendly.”

“Außerhalb der Saison sehr abgelegen. Nächstes Restsurant per Fußmarsch in 40 min zu erreichen. Netter telefonischer Kontakt aber niemand da zum ein- oder auschecken. Appartement unten - naja. Schlafzimmer oben toll mit Aussicht auf den Strand. Schade dass die Spühlung der Toilette, das Licht unten und das Warmwasser nicht funktionierten! Während der Saison mag das anders sein aber so gibts massiv Punktabzug !”

“Cet hôtel est à éviter, du moins dans son état actuel. A notre arrivée, nous croyions qu'il était abandonné en raison des multiples objets accumulés en façade. Finalement, nous avons compris que l'hôtel était en travaux de rénovation (non indiqués sur le site ni sur Expédia lorsque nous avons réservé). Tout le premier étage était un bric-à-brac d'objets, probablement en raison des travaux dans plusieurs chambres à la fois. Il y avait des travaux à partir de 8h du matin. Les égouts de la ville de……

“Under min vistelse fanns det knappt någon engelsktalande personal på hotellområdet. Städning görs bara 2 ggr per vecka och i mitt fall fick jag inte information om den förrän 1 h innan. Aningens stressigt om man ska göra en familj på 3 barn + 1 vuxen klar på så kort tid. Hade bara kontakt med ägaren via sms. Fick ingen instruktion hur saker & ting fungerar. Köket var bristfälligt utrustat - fanns inte bestick till alla familjemedlemmar eller trasa/diskhandduk.”

“Very clean, modern and serene. Location is a bit further away from Samos port and the beach on this side is more rocky/ windy. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of gluten free and vegan options and high quality ingredients and variety. I will definitely come back again! ”
