Tolles Haus

Das Haus mit den beiden Wohneinheiten eignet sich super für 2 Familien. Ausstattung beider Wohnung ist toll. Fahrräder und SUP auch vorhanden. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte von Haus zum Meer. Der Ort Klimno ist überschaubar aber alles da was man braucht, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bar. War eine schöne Woche obwohl das Wetter nicht besonders war.

Super toller Urlaub

Wir waren mit einer weiteren Familie zu Gast in der Villa Claudia und hatten eine mega schöne Zeit. Jeder hatte seine eigene Haushäfte und den tollen großzügigen Garten mit Pool, genial zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Das Haus verfügt über eine tolle Ausstattung, es gibt nichts was es nicht gibt;-) Die Lage ist super, nur durch den Gartenzaun, schon ist man am Meer... Der kleine Ort Kimno hat einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurant. ( besondere Empfehlung Restaurant Zal****) Wer ein bisschen 'mehr' Meer möchte besucht die vielen kleinen romantischen Buchten mit glasklaren Wasser, super schön. Kontakt mit der supernetten Nachbarin/Eigentümerin sowie des Vermieters zu jederzeit unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen, ideal für 2 Familien Einzige kleiner Minuspunkt war die zu hoch gewachsene Hecke. Ein bisschen kürzen und man hätte auch noch von der Terrasse einen tollen Blick auf den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer (#meckernaufhohemniveau) Danke für den schönen Urlaub

Perfekter Urlaub!

Wir haben die Villa Claudia für zwei Wochen gemietet mit 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder). Bereits bei Einkunft waren wir mehr als begeistert von dem Haus und dem freundlichen Empfang. Alles war für einen erholsamen Urlaub vorbereitet! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, direkt am Wasser. Vor Ort waren 2 SuP, ein Ruderboot, 2 Mountainbikes, 1 Kinderfahrrad, Waschmaschine inkl.. Waschmittel, Spülmaschine inkl. Tabs, Kaffeemaschine inkl. Pads, und vieles mehr. Der Verwalter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Gerne wieder.

Einfach nur traumhaft!

Ich kann mich den beiden vorigen Bewertungen einfach nur 100 %ig anschließen. Wir waren als Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern und Partnern in der wunderschönen Villa Claudia. Es stimmte einfach alles. Der atemberaubende Blick von der Terrasse, erst recht aber vom Balkon der Schlafzimmer. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt wirklich nichts, was wir uns anders gewünscht hätten. An dieser Stelle ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Herrn Hunski, der uns beim Ankommen und Abreisen einfach nur sehr sympathisch und freundlich entgegengekommen ist. Unser abschließendes Fazit: Das war unser bisher schönstes Feriendomizil, welches wir je hatten! Vielen, vielen Dank!

Traumurlaub für die ganze Familie - eine Superempfehlung für einen Mehrgenerationenurlaub

Vom Empfang über den gesamten Aufenthalt bis zum Abschied ein super Urlaub. In der Villa Claudia wurde an Alles gedacht, für die Kinder und Erwachsenen. Die Villa ist super gepflegt und die Strandnähe - 10 Schritte über den privaten Weg - ist nur empfehlenswert. Auch für die Freizeit ist eine super Ausstattung vorhanden - Fahrräder, Boot, Boards für Wasser, Spielgeräte, Sommerküche mit Grill etc. Die Ausstattung war die beste, die wir von Ferienhäusern bisher gesehen haben und nutzen konnten. Positiv überrascht waren wir auch von den Begrüssungsgeschenken, die passend für jedes Alter angepasst waren. Die netten Gastgeber sind nur zu empfehlen. Wir wünschen der Villa Claudia viele zufriedene Gäste.

Einfach ein Traumurlaub

Es war wirklich ein Traumurlaub. Die Villa Claudia ist top ausgestattet, sauber, einfach traumhaft. Hier wird wirklich an alles gedacht... Privatweg zum Strand, Pool, Grillküche. Alle waren begeistert, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Ein Traum

Hier stimmt einfach alles. das Haus ist so liebevoll geführt und eingerichtet das man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen kann. Der Ort ist klein , aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. in jedem Restaurant wird man aufs beste bewirtet und der kleine Supermarkt sorgt für den Rest.

Met owners at time of arrival. Nicest owners I have EVER experienced. They wanted to make sure everything was perfect. We like to cook. They had every type of gadget we needed (good quality). They had plenty of spices and many other basics so we did not have to run out right away to buy. Also they had toilet paper and paper towels. Everything was spotless. All air conditioners worked perfectly. TV's were great. Plenty of room for 10 people. We had access to a brick fireplace and Weber grill to cook. The bikes they provided were REALLY nice. 5 minute walk into town. Marketplace in town pretty much had everything we needed. If you're looking for a place right on the water in a sleepy, quiet village.... you gotta stay here!!

Very nice property with a great location

We stayed one week in this villa. We were a company of 6 people. Location is superb, because it stands right on the beach. Everything was as we expected. Owner was very friendly, house was clean and prepare for us. The best thinks in this property is the sea view, location, pool and outdoor kitchen. I recommend this property to everyone.
