"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. The room had a very strong moldy smell that was impossible to ignore and made it uncomfortable to stay in the room for long periods. For a hotel that markets itself as a 5-star property, this is completely unacceptable. Even more concerning was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower, bathtub, and toilet were visibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard before our arrival. Hygiene is the most basic expectation in any hotel, and certainly in one claiming a 5-star rating. The overall condition of the hotel feels extremely outdated and poorly maintained. While this property may have deserved a 5-star rating many years ago, today it unfortunately does not even meet the standards of a typical 2-star hotel. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleanliness and maintenance issues urgently, because the current condition does not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertised rating."

"HORRIBLE PLACE! This place is run by a crazy woman who should go to a mental hospital. I do not recommend it to anyone! Communication with her 0 points. You feel like you are in a mental hospital and not on vacation. There was an incredible stench from the sewage in our villa every day. It could not be solved. Moldy bathtub and shower. Hot water had very low pressure, almost impossible to wash long hair. Noise of cars and motorbikes from the main road, which is right behind the fence. We are not the only ones with a terrible experience. Our neighbors left early, after an argument with her. They found a dead little kitten on the table on a plate, which I had petted the day before. HORRIBLE!"

"Overall: not suitable and far from a real 4-star experience. Not recommended. We stayed here for 6 days during our honeymoon, and that was more than enough time to see the ongoing issues. This hotel does not meet 4-star standards. Only one key card is provided, which is impractical for a couple. The room entrance is dark and unwelcoming. The property is small, open, and right next to a main road, with constant traffic noise, including early mornings,not relaxing at all. Housekeeping is limited to before 4:00 PM, and every morning we were asked at the lobby if we wanted the room cleaned, instead of this being handled automatically. The fridge does not cool, coffee capsules are not replenished unless requested, and the electricity trips every morning during breakfast hours. The AC was poorly maintained -large chunks of ice fell out of it, which is concerning. Internet is unreliable. The TV lost connection almost every evening, and Wi-Fi requires reconnecting from scratch each time. There is a serious mosquito and insect problem,we were woken up at night by bites. Room maintenance is poor, with visible wear and deterioration. Breakfast was very disappointing: limited selection, dirty plates, no refills, and extremely slow service. It took over 30 minutes for an omelet, and we had to leave without eating. We booked a room with a private pool, but there was no proper pool maintenance. Pool towels are given only once and must be requested again at reception. "

"Charming little boutique hotel off the beaten track. The staff are so attentive and with the small number of rooms you really feel like you’re staying with a wonderful family. The food was also exceptional and reasonably priced. We struggled to get around a little as we don’t drive and didn’t want to rent scooters, but we were perfectly happy just exploring the local area and enjoying the wonderful setting of the hotel. Would highly recommend. "

"The kindest owners and staff! Absolutely beautiful stay. Peaceful and close to the airport. They offer an airport shuttle at a very good price. Breakfast was lovely and they did our laundry for an excellent price. I truly loved this stay. The friendly cats are the cutest! "
