The house offers two apartments, each 60 m², with two bedrooms, shower bathroom, kitchenette, and a spacious living and dining area. Both apartments have a wood-burning stove; the upper apartment also features a sauna. Each unit includes a TV and stereo system, and the kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are available.



This is a self-catering accommodation. Pets are allowed in the lower apartment by arrangement.



A high chair and a cot (without bed linen for hygiene reasons) are available free of charge for families. During peak season, bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday.



Use of the sauna and washing machine is possible for a voluntary donation.



A linen package (bed linen, towels, tea towels) cannot be provided for organizational reasons.



The house is located in a new holiday home area with about 60 houses, on a small hill by the Baltic Sea beach of Wohlenberger Wiek. The property is about 700 m² and offers southwest-facing views of open countryside. The natural, 4 km long beach is about 250 meters away and easily reached via a direct path.



Nearby attractions include the historic old town of Wismar (16 km), the seaside resort Boltenhagen with pier and spa architecture (8 km), and Klütz with Bothmer Castle (6 km). Lübeck (30 km) and Schwerin (45 km) are also within easy reach.
