My kids favorite part was the large pool and outdoor kitchen area which included a TV. In the mornings, you could sit outside with your coffee and watch deer and other wildlife. 「We rented this property for a reunion of four families. We all agreed that we had a really great time. The property is gorgeous. We have plenty of spaces to hang around, for kids and adults. We used the pool (heated) and hot tub a lot. The firepit is a hit for smores and volleyball court is a definitely a plus. 「We had 4 couples and 4 kids, and booked almost 2 years in advance for the eclipse. The Rusty Rio is quaint and what it appears to be....a fun and "campy" spot. The only gripe we had was that when we booked, we filtered rentals that had hot tubs, and hot tub was listed as an amenity. It didn't work, and likely hasn't for many years. When we contacted the host, we were advised that it does not work and never has, and that the amenity listing was an error. With that being said, everything else was...

「We enjoyed a three night stay. The Frio Fun team was very responsive in terms of clarifying our questions. They manage over 30 homes in the area and know the market well! Enjoyed smores on the outdoor fire pit, star gazing (even saw a Starlink Train!), giant jenga on the porch, foosball matches inside, and delicious food prepared on the grill and spacious kitchen. This is a well built well maintained unit at a competitive price to market!」
