“The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although……

“We enjoyed this tiny house for a quick Spring Break trip. Waking up to the views of the water was perfection! We highly recommend Baja, the restaurant next door, for dinner. Overall, this house was very clean & very updated; property manager Scott was great to work with.”

“Full size bed bedroom no box spring support- just a mattress on springs.. when layed on, it is not level- Also, the floor board connecting the carpet and flooring broken in half. Needs to be repaired. Ceiling fan moves but has a loud noise that sounds like sharpening knives sound! Ceiling wired smoke detector is missing only wires hanging out of ceiling. “Pamela's voh18 was perfect for an extended family getaway. We had 16 guests (8 adults and 8 kids). Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather upstairs or do their own thing on one of the lower levels. The location to the beach and the 4x4 beach were great! Definitely recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle if you don't already have one to drive on the beach, that was the highlight of the trip for the kids. I'd give the house a 4.5 if i could, the one drawback was……

“Everything was really great with one exception. Had no sheets on top floor master bed, and none in the home. Was told by the property manager to contact cleaning service which we did. Cleaning service said property manager had been told no sheets in the house for that bedroom and expected some to be dropped off. I guess the drop off didn't happen. Property manager gave us a $100 credit to get sheets at Harris Teeter, a 1/4 mile away, but Harris Teeter doesn't sell sheets, so we didn't have them……

“The Positives: The house looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and bright. Perfectly located and easy to find. The Negatives: There were definitely things throughout the house that needed fixing/updating. There was a weird smell throughout the house the first night that we assumed was related to whatever was used for cleaning. In the living and dining rooms, there were no curtains or blinds. Overall: We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family.”
