My wife and I came in for a 30 year reunion. We had some friends stay with us. The place itself is gorgeous, the rooftop fire pit, the views, the interior is so nice. Very luxurious, but not unapproachable. Great location, I would definitely stay at this place again and recommend it. 10/10. Communication was prompt, easy, responsive. At one point dropped off an extra propane tank for the fire pit, which we didn’t request, but which was nonetheless appreciated and used. Very attentive, and wanted us to have a great time which we did. Thank you again!

Perfect downtown spot

My wife and I have visited Knoxville many times to visit our daughter. This was the best place we have stayed at. The home itself is very nice. We prefer staying in a VRBO over a hotel so we aren't stuck eating out every meal. We were able to enjoy a few meals at home with friends. The outdoor living space is great. The patio off of the master was perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooftop deck was excellent for hanging out at night. We had no issues during our stay but the property manager was still very attentive when we had questions. The location is the best part. It's in Old City. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance. Market Street is a close walk but also far enough away that you don't have to deal with the crowds. This will be our go to spot on future trips.

Perfect location

This was a perfect place for our family of 6. We came into town for my son’s baseball tournament and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything during our downtime. We will definitely come back again when needing a place in Knoxville.
