We had a great time. We really enjoyed the time in the pool, and it had enough space to accommodate all our guests. Mike was very communicative and took good care of us. Safe, quiet neighborhood.

We selected this property because of its proximity to the Wedding venue "The Quarry". It was an excellent choice, property was as advertised, great location and it was ideal for hosting our large family gathering for a wedding. The host was very prompt and responsive.

Had a great time in Knoxville and enjoyed the house. Weather ended up being a little too cold for the pool but we enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. The first floor accommodations were perfect for haning out as a group or finding space for some down time. Only complaint is that the window ac until in the master was louder than we liked (louder than the others in the other bedrooms) as it kicked on and off throughout the night to keep the temperature steady. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

First impressions cannot be undone and that started with the host. They were great in responding to our questions in a timely manner. Pictures on VRBO is exactly how the house looks. We were there with family celebrating our daughter graduation from UTK. We had plenty of room to celebrate inside and out. The outdoor areas could use some pressure washing and landscape maintenance, but that didnt stop us from having a fun cornhole tournement! I would definately stay there again. There are window AC units upstairs that we a bit loud, but gave off plenty of cold air. If I had to suggest one thing it would be that the kitchen didnt have a lot of utencils, bowls, etc, to cook with. Being a property owner myself, I know those items grow legs, but we struggled a bit prepping for our cook out. Overall, a very nice stay! PS. we did not use the pool or hot tub. Wasnt quite warm enough yet to jump in the pool!
