The space
Private entrance into a second-floor loft over a historic first-floor storefront. Surrounded by beautiful trees soaring over the charming neighborhood of South Haven. You will love the quiet privacy this location has to offer.
Step Inside to a window-lined living area featuring a skylight, wood beams, original hardwoods, and so much charm. The well appointed kitchen is fully equipped with all your culinary needs, have dinner at the large rustic barnwood table or out back on the screened in patio. The morning light into the living room is the perfect place for a morning yoga session, or to curl up with one of the many books from the built-in shelves. TV and surround sound stereo system is provided. High speed internet is available to assist in your work flow.
The first bedroom is tidy with a plush queen bed, soft lighting, and down comforter. The first bathroom features plenty of hanger space a shower and laundry. Another large bedroom, queen bed and walk-in closet, along with a second bathroom with large shower, is in the back part of the loft. Note there is no bat tub in the unit.
Many close amenities within walking distance include the Handy Dandy neighborhood grocery store and deli, 71 South, Sokno Taco, Round up, Sevier Avenue district featuring breweries and restaurants, Baker Creek Bottoms, Urban Wilderness Gateway Park, and the riverfront. Just down the road you will love Ijams Nature Center, one of Knoxville's most coveted outdoor amenities with a beautiful swimming quarry, bike trails hiking trails, and river access. Downtown Knoxville is a short 5-minute drive or 15-minute bike ride.
