"Very comfortable hotel and attentive staff. Our room overlooked the harbour and despite the inclement weather it was lovely to sit and admire the view. Good range of food in the breakfast buffet. Plenty of parking. No dining options near by but within a short drive. Highly recommend."

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Garrison! Check-in was extremely easy. The friendly woman at reception helped me right away, I had read reviews about a difficult kiosk system, but that was not my experience. Hotel was clean. Beds, linens and towels were all really nice. Our booking didn’t include breakfast so unsure about that. Staff was very helpful. Parking was tight but we always found a spot in back. Location can’t be beat. Only complaint is the rooms are very very small. Challengingly small. We live in NYC and are used to tight spaces, but this was extreme. We managed just fine though and all things considered, we would definitely book again!"

"The hotel was beautiful and perfect location with beautiful views. The front desk Bob was wonderful and helpful. The bar server James was very nice. Now the restaurant for dinner was absolutely amazing, from appetizer, main course to desert with Katlyn as our server. But the lounge area was rustic in a very good way which made you feel comfortable. The room was very nice and a great size for bathroom."

"Nice location on Skye. We walked down the street and had a great dinner. The guest house has all your basic needs. Nothing fancy or out of the ordinary but sufficient for us. Secure and quiet."
