“PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not book this property, it is not at all advertised, the property is absolutely torn up and the water near the room is all completely yellow and contaminated, rooms are in horrible condition and there are lizards on the ceiling, breakfast area is horrible as the place in the middle does not look like the pictures. The resort is in an abandoned area where you go through narrow roads to access and your safety is in jeopardy. I came with my family of 5 and was shocked at the……

“On the last night of my stay, the water from the tap was all brown and black when I took a shower. I complained to the front desk, but the staff just responded indifferently, saying something about pipe maintenance. Shouldn’t the hotel at least inform guests that dirty water might come out after pipe work? There’s absolutely no service quality at all. Very disappointing. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. In addition, there’s a serious insect problem here, with lots of ants and worms……

“I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel 👍 First of all, the lady at the front desk during check-in was very friendly and polite. Although her English was not perfectly fluent, she communicated clearly and made sure I understood everything. She also had a lovely smile, which made the experience even better. The hotel’s swimming pool is quite large, though the water could be a bit cleaner. It takes about a 10-minute walk to reach a large shopping mall 👍, and only around 5 minutes to get to……

“整間飯店的工作人員都非常友善，樂於助人❤️ 飯店距離熱鬧的卡倫海灘不遠，步行可到。附近有許多餐廳可以選擇，商店及藥局也一應俱全。我們入住後，孩子就因為感冒病了，所以無法好好享受設施與環境。為了照顧孩子我們幾乎都待在飯店裡面，直到退房當天孩子好多了，但旅遊也結束了😂 感謝飯店服務人員對於我們的關心！”
