“Bubu Lanta is a true hidden gem in Koh Lanta, and I'm so happy I stayed here! The hostel is designed in a traditional Thai bamboo style, and has a great outdoor bar area where people can hang out. It's only a quick 5 minute walk from Long Beach, which has a lot of great beach front bars and restaurants. Chris also taught me how to ride a motor bike, which is the best way to get around Koh Lanta. My bike broke down on the other side of the island, and Chris kindly came and picked me up within 10……

“With a short walk to either beach or shared swimming pool there aren’t much else you’d want in a resting place like koh Lanta to ask for. There was although problems with locking the bathrooms. The hostel is close to food and stores but there’s not the best roads for a long walk to different parts of the island. All in all a good experience.”

Svårt att kommunicera, flickorna kan inte ett ord engelska, mannen lite grand. “Letar man bara efter en säng att sova i kan det funka, för mig som soloresenär passade det inte. Det var inge folk där och personalen kunde inte hjälpa till med något utan att ringa dit ägaren eftersom de inte kunde förstå vad jag försökte säga. De hade inga nycklar så blev utelåst första två kvällarna när jag gått ut för middag, sen började de lämna en dörr öppen för mig. Jag kan ha lite överseende för att de precis öppnat och försökte lära sig, men jag hade ingen bra upplevelse. Enda……

“第一次体验不同的住宿体验，感觉还是非常的不适应。酒店没有早餐，需要吃什么要自己做。酒店的吃住行工作人员可以帮忙代办，费用会比自己去订的要高一些，酒店任何配套都没有，所有的配套服务都是外包的，就是上门spa也是外面路上找来的人。这次唯一一觉得不错的，就是有一个独立的泳池，酒店并不靠海，所以这个泳池还是必须的。总之，之后不会再定了，心太累，虽然酒店给了电话和微信，但是他们并不是24小时有人在的，需要帮忙的时候，往往找不到人。”

“ It is a very serene location with a fantastic view of the sea. We really like the quiet peacefulness and being away from the busy street, but yet it is only a couple minute walk to one of the best beaches on the island and numerous shops & restaurants.
