"Unfortunately, our experience at this villa wasn’t great. Within 30 minutes of arriving, the kitchen and laundry area completely flooded because the washing machine drain hose wasn’t connected. We spent a long time cleaning up water and wringing out towels. Even after reconnecting it, the washer still leaked. "Lovely Thai feeling to the resort, gorgeous gardens, great pools and wonderful staff. Stunning views of the mountains and all with walking (or free shuttle) of the main shopping beach area. Was nice and quiet but that may have been the time if year great value."
