「From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. 「This hotel is a bit far from Ao Nang city centre but with the shuttle bus service, it just takes less than 10 min to get there, so it's not a problem at all. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean and tidy, the pool is larger than I expected and it's very clean too. Breakfast was served in room but it was not cooked at the spot. Some of the food was a bit cold already. Overall speaking, I'm very happy with the stay here.」

「第一次体验不同的住宿体验，感觉还是非常的不适应。酒店没有早餐，需要吃什么要自己做。酒店的吃住行工作人员可以帮忙代办，费用会比自己去订的要高一些，酒店任何配套都没有，所有的配套服务都是外包的，就是上门spa也是外面路上找来的人。这次唯一一觉得不错的，就是有一个独立的泳池，酒店并不靠海，所以这个泳池还是必须的。总之，之后不会再定了，心太累，虽然酒店给了电话和微信，但是他们并不是24小时有人在的，需要帮忙的时候，往往找不到人。」

「服務人員很熱情，住宿品質很好，免費接駁車方便，早餐豐盛，泳池乾淨還有水柱，沙發，搖椅，床&枕頭都很舒服。除了硬體設備有一點點小缺點，例如主臥浴室的洗臉盆漏水緩慢，有些碗盤有缺角，早餐的餐蓋有破損，其餘都非常完美，還可以跟櫃台借熨斗。下次再來一定會再入住這裡，附近環境很安靜，像在樹林草叢裡，可以跟旅館租機車外出方便。如果你不想住在奧南觀光客很多的地方，住Alisea pool villas真是非常享受的選擇。」
