Wonderful idyllic resort amongst the jungle in a national park. Only negative was the seashells on the beach which made it a bit uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet. Great facilities and staff. It’s the Thai Four Seasons!

This was my first stay at DTK and in Thailand and I must say the property is huge! And while the overall experience was great, there's room for improvement. The check-in process felt too long, especially since the room was ready and arriving after hours at the airport makes a quick check-in ideal. The breakfast spread and ambiance were enjoyable, and I absolutely loved the pools and private beach, which offered a great sense of privacy. The room was decent with no major issues, but the lack of USB ports was disappointing, as most modern hotels now include them. The pillows were quite flat and not the usual soft, plush ones you’d expect from a 5-star resort, sinking in too easily when used. There is a 7E and pharmacy just beside and across the resort too. The staff will bring you to your room via buggy service that covers the resort due to its size.

Older property but rooms that we stayed at were beautifully updated. Grounds with two pools were gorgeous. Service was wonderful. The breakfast buffet plentiful and varied. The on site resort restaurants were quite good although I would not recommend the beef. Beach was wonderfully clean and private.

This would have been a 5 Star stay if not for the disappointing check in experience. Hotel and its surrounding was clean. However I feel enforcement on errant smokers could be better as this is a kids friendly resort. I’ve seen people smoking around the pool area and the staff are too polite to tell them off though there are smoking areas throughout the resort. Breakfast was disappointing. Not much variety and poor quality of food. Enjoyed the resort SPA experience and I also like this area away from all the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang which is just a 20min car ride away.

A tropical paradise

Wow. What an amazing place to stay. Set in large grounds backing onto a gorgeous quiet tropical beach. The staff were all fantastic and friendly. Breakfast options were wide and varied with a fantastic view if sitting outside. So many areas to explore from the two large pools to the many sun (and shaded) areas. You can organise a Boat excursion to set off directly from beach - a great way to start your trip to the amazing islands nearby. Spent a couple of our days walking down the beach (either direction) and visiting the numerous other cafes, restaurants and bars which backed into the beach.

Awesome relaxing resort - the staff are faultless and so friendly. Although the food throughout the stay “tasted like” sometimes freshly cooked vs more often quickly microwaved / reheated from day/s before. We’d certainly come back, particularly if there is a substantial leap in the food quality offering (it’s not the selection, it’s the food quality). .

Not really a 5 star hotel but the pool is lovely

Very nice pool area close to the beach. Room were fine but not 5 star level. Reception service not 5 star either. They charge you 3000 bath (per person?) upfront and you get your deposit back 2-3 weeks later. Never experienced this in any hotel. Breakfast not very good either- only fresh juice was water melon, bread old, cold cuts limited etc. I would not go there again 🙃

The Dusit Thani in Krabi was the perfect location for my 40th birthday celebrations. Everything was impeccable from first email to last interaction with the team at check out. We paid extra for a club room which I can't rate highly enough. You get a lovely afternoon tea, unlimited soft drinks in the lounge and a happy hour with snacks and drinks in the evening. Alongside the beautiful buffet breakfast this works out beautifully. The room we were in was a lovely size with a balcony and the comfiest, largest bed. All the hotel facilities were beautifully kept. The WiFi was fast wherever you went. The pools were lovely and the beach beautiful with clear water and white sand. All the team were so friendly. Room service was prompt and food was good as well as the in room fridge and water filter. Pack your reusable water bottle! You could also call zero from your room and a lovely person in a golf buggy would come and pick you up. Am missing this facility now I'm back to reality 😉 Hotel is really close to a 7/11 to stock up on snacks and drinks. Bolt works very well in the area for local taxis, but the hotel arranged transfers were fantastic. Thoroughly recommend.

It is a stunning, exceptional hotel. We booked a club room done bedroom suite. The room was the size of two rooms. We had a large king bed and a separate sitting area. The bathroom was the superstar—huge round jacuzzi bath, large walk-in shower, twin sinks. Plenty of storage. Beautiful view over the resort with a slight sea view. Plenty of water topped up every day - the coffee machine. Great quality toiletries. The club longue was a huge bonus. You can take breakfast there rather than main restaurant - you are given table service for eggs, also can have a glass of sparking wine with breakfast in club that is not offered in main restaurant. Main restaurant for breakfast has a wider choice of Thai and indian food. The club longue offered afternoon tea, between 2.30pm and 4pm and then happy hour with wine and snacks between 5.30pm and 7pm. This was really helpful. The staff in the club longue were very helpful, kind and friendly. Overall the service in this hotel was world class.

Throughly enjoyed my staff

The propety is not new but well maintained and staff were all polite and helpful. Facilities wise, the property has a very decent gym with new amd well maintained machines, and a multi-purpose court where you can play basketball, badminton, table tennis etc. Theres even a muay thai ring which u can opt for private mauy thai lesson for a reasonable fee. The beach is beautiful, with many chairs placed both on sand and grass for you to just lie down and enjoy thr sea breeze. The beach side massage was fantatsic, and still consider cheap compared to the 5-star spa on the property. Ive tried both the spa and the beachside massage and frankly i prefer the beachside massage.

Our 5th stay here. The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful location with beautiful & very well tended gardens, lots of colourful birds & odd monitor lizards wandering around! As well as 2 super pools there’s are large lawns with shade which lead directly onto an attractive long beach.( Only negative is that people come early and reserve beds with towels then go off & return a couple of hours later, l know the staff try to monitor but it is annoying). The sea is clear. Boat trips can be taken & some water sports run by hotel. Rooms are of a good size, spotlessly clean thanks to delightful cleaning staff, with reasonable size bathrooms, a coffee machine, kettle & small fridge. There are 2 restaurants an Italian style & Asian food, with lighter meals at a bar all excellent. There’s also a beach bar open later in the day. The breakfast is super with a great variety. There’s a reasonable sized gym but could probably do with a couple more treadmills as they were popular. For a change it’s a quick walk onto main road which has many restaurants. A well stocked 7/11 & couple of small shops. There’s a good laundry place & taxi rank. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
