Noisy rooms, dated property, crappy restaurants and “bakery” with machine made coffee drinks, too busy for available space and amenities, all staff unfriendly (except housekeeper who was friendly), lines everywhere, including starting at 6am to get chairs. Overall not at all what we expected from a “resort.” If coming to Waikiki, keep looking for a different property.

The staff are very friendly, it’s a nice hotel but is well over due for an upgrade. Room I booked was very spacious the terrace was the best just not the weather in which we tried to enjoy it in. Beds sheets were weird fitted wrong sizes, no comforter the foldout futon didn’t fold out and if you slept on it you woke up in pain. The bed I used was very old mattress probably should’ve been replaced a few years ago.. the air split on wall in bedroom over the tv leaked and my leather bag was soaked which also had my passport in it… the Hot tub and pool were GREAT again it wasn’t the best by far but I would also stay there again ???
