The location is excellent, within walking distance of 4 lagoons, and there is a little shopping/restaurant precinct nearby, also within walking distance. 「Clean and comfortable 」

「We can not express how impressed we were with this home! We stayed there with my 9 year old son and he never wanted to leave the house. The home was clean and comfortable. Everything was brand new, well kept and great quality. Golf course, the lagoons and abc store was just minutes away by walking. It is in a gated community, so it was safe for families and not noisy. 「We spent one month in this condo, and it was perfect for us. Great location with ability to walk to shops, restaurants, and lagoons. Beach wagon and chairs provided were such a nice touch. Condo is just steps from an awesome pool with a hot tub and cabana’s for grilling out. We also rented bikes for ease of getting around. The condo is just as shown in photos and equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful!」
