「I stayed in the downstairs with the private pool and it was well worth it. Location is a bit hard to find by taxi but once you are there one time it’s easy after that. Great small restaurants, bar and convenience store close as well. Very quiet at night which was also a plus! It is located in south pattaya not north.」

「整體算是不錯，房屋夠大，但美中不足的是房屋有些位置比較舊，房屋生活用品算齊全，廁所清潔用品只有毛巾，沒有提供牙刷，有沖涼液但不好用，還有就是蚊蟲很多。」

「Thai family vacation. Lovely property grounds and architecture in home. The pool was wonderful for the family. We used grab to get to beach. Too far to walk. The kitchen and pool table area are much smaller in life than the pictures. A deposit of almost 26% of rental price paid was asked for at checkin, which surprised me. I did receive that money back at checkout. Also, you will be asked to pay for electricity during your stay at a rate of 7 baht per kilowatt hour.」

「呢幾年我地出遊都會係hotel’s.com book酒店，每次都好好的，但今次一定要比劣評間villa.強烈要求hotel’s.com張此villa下架，此villa嚴重影響hotel’s com聲譽.很劣，在泰國住過好多次villa, 第—次見識到—間villa這麽差。地方不便都不是問题，這villa冇接代，管理極差(基乎冇人理我們)要聯絡很耐才有人到，Villa 有很多問題唔會理，投訴也不理。Villa 內部泳池dirty冇清理，床單，被鋪dirty, 床褥凹凸不平床褥中間嚴重凹陷，跟本瞓唔到，水壓極差，水力極到不足洗澡只有熱水冇涷水，冇人清潔，要求清潔一下，每次要收500B所有廚具不是生锈就是好多汚漬，洗手盆嚴重淤塞，冷氣不足仲要滴水，wifi很差，還有隔壁單位連續幾日在半夜極嘈吵也沒有人理.不知所謂的—間villa.」

「Location is good, 2 minutes to walk to Pratumnak Beach; 20-steps to 7-11 at the street corner. Some restaurants are nearbys, both Thais & Westerns. Maid came everyday to dispose of garbage and tidy the beds. Floor is clean at the beginning but became dirty later without wiping. There are total of 4 rooms in the villa, 3 on the second floor and the other on the ground floor. The one on the ground floor is totally separated from the main building, seems was reconstructed from a garage; a narrow...

「Villas泳池損壞嚴重,洗衣機不能用,熱水壺沒有電源,3天住宿每房間只有一小瓶洗髮水,電燈損壞通知後都沒有跟進」

「Sliding door to pool lock DID NOT work. Told management about it and was supposed to be fixed, but didn’t happen. No safe in room so I was constantly worried about belongings and safety. Pool dirty and had trash floating in it. Had to ask for room to be cleaned, fresh towels, water etc」
