「The Villa is clean, basic needs are all provided, all as per discriptions and photos, basic cleaning is doing on every day. Registration house is just next unit (actually it's self checking in & out, no registration). Location is quiet but convenient, convenient shops, Big C, restaurants are nearby in walking distance. The only drawback is the sun in January doesn't shine on the swimming pool (don't know if this change in other months). 」

「This was a trip of a lifetime for my wife's family coming from China. 3 of them had never left the mainland, never seen the ocean and certainly had never lived in a home this grand. For us, the coordination was key and we had very simple communication on car service x3 (1 small from BKK, 1 large next day from BKK and 1 small from DMK). This was easily coordinated and cost was not too high. The home is a little hard to find from the maps as it drops you on the side street and not on the main...

「とても清潔でチェックアウトの時間変更も大丈夫でした。部屋は広く調理器具やバーベキューセットも用意してありました！プールの水も結構キレイでした。ただ、英語があまり得意でないなら翻訳機を使った方が良いですね。もう一度泊まりたいと思うところでした。近くにはスーパーとコンビニがあり結構便利でしたが、遊ぶ場所までの移動はタクシー必須でしたね。ウォーキングストリートまではタクシーで30分以内で150バーツくらいでしたね。」

「Lovely spacious villa, the owners were also very accommodating even after my flight got cancelled so needed an extra day and Nik and co were happy to help. Located close to Jomtien Beach so a little out of the way for someone who doesn't drive but with the right help you can get around easy enough」

「파타야 도심과 조금 멀리떨어져 있지만 3일 이상 지내기엔 이만한 곳도 없을것 같아요. 무엇보다 매니저와 소통이 잘되고 그녀는 친절해서 원하면 매일 무료로 청소서비스도 해줍니다. 드럼세탁기가 있어 속옷이랑 수건도 바로 빨고 널수도 있고 생수도 넉넉히 제공해줘서 좋았습니다. 단점은 3명 이상 묵을 경우 방 한곳은 화장실이 방과 떨어져 있어서 들락거리기 불편했고 수압이 약해 씻기가 불편했지만 그 가격에 이 정도 시설이면 만족스러웠습니다. 거실에 큰 소파가 있고 넷플릭스 시청되는 스마트티비도 있어 그 점도 좋았습니다.」
