"The property is near to the airport but a little father away from the Old town and Patong where the action is. But still enjoyed my stay. The villa where I stayed has a private pool. The room is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. When you decide to stay long by the pool, make sure you sprayed your mosquito repellant. Mosquitoes were harsh."

"Great hotel for families and some of the staff were excellent. Other staff were lazy and disappointing. Management has ignored my attempts to provide direct feedback about some serious areas of concern. Seems to be getting renovated. We tolerated poor water pressure, leaking AC unit over the bed, and nails being trimmed by staff in the dining area. If you don’t have high expectations from the service it’s a good place for kids and family. It’s a shame the hotel has so much potential, just needs to employ a strong manager."

"-Very clean room/suite. Staff were extremely professional, helpful, friendly. -Egan ( Manager of front desk) was also extremely hands on with any concerns I asked. "Ultimate luxury in the heart of Ao Nang. Made to order breakfast was so delicious and fresh every morning. Both pools on the property were immaculate as was the one located in our room. That’s right a private pool in your room. Rooms were very clean with small free snacks and macaroons every night. Perfect stay. My girlfriend and I had the time of our lives here. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and resorts around the world and this is THE best hotel you can ever stay at. I’ve stayed at some good ones before too like Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons but this tops any of those places. So clean and modern. When staying in Ao Nang or Krabi you will not regret staying here at all."

"The rooms were well kept but had the charm of wooden flooring and furniture. Staff had the very Thai hospitality we all expect from a kind and helpful crew. Breakfast was a great experience and provided a discount on site for what could be considered a brunch meal. Great value and lovely experience."
