The only issue is they prefer cash for payment (deposit and payment for food), so bring extra cash. One room's water heater didn't work and another water hose in the toilet was leaking (It is not their fault as we understand things can age). 「This hotel is a bit far from Ao Nang city centre but with the shuttle bus service, it just takes less than 10 min to get there, so it's not a problem at all. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean and tidy, the pool is larger than I expected and it's very clean too. Breakfast was served in room but it was not cooked at the spot.
