酒店房間露台環境開揚，房間十分寬敞和整潔，除了有間和式電視房外，音響設備也不錯，洗手間有按摩池，個人用品十分齊全。 酒店職員十分有禮貌，友善。

Unforgettable wedding anniversary celebration!
We celebrated our two years marriage in this fabulous hotel. We are welcomed with a hot towel and warm service given by the front desk. Then they gently handle our luggage to the room. The room is quite classic and remarkbly large. It's also equipped with both a comfy king bed and a small room for japanese stlye bedding (Tatami) enough for six people. It's a suprise that they offer a welcome drink and sweets for us because of the special occasion. The room is installed with balcony which we enjoyed the million-dollar view of Kobe port. Furthermore, the bathroom is a must-try because you have a private jacuzzi facing the excellent view! breakfast is included which you can choose western or japanese style breakfast course using fresh ingredients from area nearby. The hotel is close to Kobe port and Habourland area. It's just perfect for aightseeing and shopping!

房間望海，有露台，房間又大，服務態度又好有禮貌，而且附近有大型商場，麵包超人館等走路過去也十分方便，值得推薦的酒店

好值得一住既酒店. 真心推介.
酒店大堂好靚, 好高級, 客服好好笑容 房間裏面很大， 有按摩池可以對住神戶海景，夜晚景色更美麗! 米芝蓮早餐 有西式和日式選擇 ， 佢出名是西式。 今次還預約了他們的 strawberry high tea 非常之正 打卡必選 一分錢一分貨，下次再來神戶都會選擇再住

這次住了兩個晚上 是一次非常愉快的經驗 飯店不是很大 所以並沒有客人在大廳為了辦房間而浪費太多時間 且服務人員很細心替我安排了旅遊交通行程及預約 早餐也非常滿意 並不是自己去拿取的 而是全部套餐型式 好吃整體來說很舒服 唯一美中不足是工作人員 除了日文以外 只有英文對話 如果不是日文及英文懂的人或許會花一些時間溝通

完美的酒店
雖然價錢蠻貴的~但住後真是覺得是值得這個價錢。房間配置,格調都超豪華整潔,床很好睡,按摩浴缸超讚,最讚的是前台服務人員在我checkin時親自帶我們上房逐一介紹房間的配置,她真的好溫柔細心講解,我對她說我現在肚子有嬰兒,第二天她還記得,還祝我的嬰兒可以健康長大,令我很感動

For HONEYMOON, 酒店送了HONEY DRINK俾我地, 景觀好靘, 神戶塔就在旁邊. 酒店員工好到不得了, 按摩池也很好, 住了兩晚太不夠了.

全部房間有露台，房間很大，近海及神戶搭，交通尚算方便，距離旅遊車站只約五分鐘路程。泊車也方便及便宜，早餐很出色，本人比較喜歡西式早餐，日本早餐感覺怪怪的。

第三次入住神戶港口酒店，一切還是非常好！夜晚最令人沉醉！購物亦相當方便，對面有一間大藥房。房間有免費自選電影！

The staffs are nice, provided us some useful information for sightseeing with good english conversation. The room is big, neat and tidy. A large bathroom with good amenities and massage bathtub. And we also pleased that it got a free movie channel. The view is great, close to the Kobe Tower. Just a little bit inconvenience to walk from subway to hotel with luggage. If there's shuttle bus services to subway station will be excellent.

Excellent suite hotel experience in Japan
Really excellent hotel,starting from reception to breakfast services. Staff really helpful and are fluent in English speaking. Suite decorations are nice with superb atmosphere for relaxation particularly from the balcony where you can have nice panoramic view over the Kobe harbour. Many shopping centres nearby with different restaurants for your choice. Though the hotel is about 15-minutes walking distance from the Kobe JR station (much longer if you are carrying large luggages and is a new comer to this area), highly recommend tourists to stay in this "luxury" hotel when you visit Kobe next time.

Definitely a 5-star
Spectacular harbor view, especially at night when all the lights are up.Love sitting in the balcony and watching down-stair restaurant and the harbor. Every room is a suite, very spacious and comfortable. It's so not common to have a hotel room of this size in Japan, as most Japanese hotel rooms are tiny.The bathtub is a highlight.I can stay there for hours simply enjoying the bubble bath and gorgeous view. This is the one and only one choice next time I visit Kobe again.
