fast wifi, comfortable room, clean, both gold and silver hot springs, easy access parking, well located with walking distance to shops and restaurants, only downside is smelling smoke on the hallway of the fourth floor. The room is fine. Overall a very satisfactory stay

Very pleasant overnight stay. Very uphill walk from the train station. There is not shower in the Japanese style room so you should use the onsen in the hotel. Onsen and sauna were nice and clean.

連休の中日に慌ててとったホテルで正直期待はしていませんでした。 しかし遅いチェックインにも丁寧に対応していただき施設自体は古いものの大浴場に濡れ物を入れられるビニール袋が準備してあったり、部屋にも小さいタオルとバスタオル用のタオル掛けが別にあったり部屋に扇風機が準備されていたり結構痒い所に手が届く感じでとても良かったです。 布団敷きはセルフでしたがかえってのんびりくつろげました。 温泉にのんびりつかってゆっくり休むなら十分満足できるホテルです。

溫泉很棒！到飯店要爬坡，要有心裡準備

櫃檯下午3點才有服務，4點才能入住，所以3點過後才能寄放行李。 如果是自由行的外國旅客，要推行李上坡道走800公尺，會累到無法言語。建議沒有日本手機不會講日文的朋友，因為無法去電請飯店到有馬溫泉站接送，可以仔細考慮後，再決定是否入住。 而飯店本身，服務好，房間大，也乾淨。房間沒有浴室，統一使用大浴場。大浴場也很棒。 對我而言是間很棒的飯店。有機會會再造訪。

夫婦で利用しました。 朝から車を駐車場に置かせて頂き、六甲山登山後、チェックイン。少し下って温泉街もアクセスが便利。ホテル内の温泉は金の湯と同じ温泉で、小さいけど、 サウナも有り、中にはレストランが無いので、夕食は早目の外食と買い出し要。 次の日のチェックアウト後も駐車場利用させてもらい、温泉街で土産を買ってから帰る事ができ、有難う御座いました。

とにかく、部屋の空調をどうにかした方が良いです。せっかく有馬の温泉に浸かっても部屋で汗だくになってしまいます。あと、温泉街までは遠く、行きは下り坂なので良いですが、帰りはこれまた汗だくになってしまうため、車で行った方が良いです。
