"Excellent location. Great restaurants all around and easy walk to Shinjuku station. We had a spacious twin room. We were on the 29th floor with a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed we were unable to go on the balcony with Godzilla. "

"Hotel was in a great location in the center of shibuya square. My only complaint was that it was initially hard to find since it’s essentially inside the mart. Once we got there, it was a very comfortable stay. "

"Overall, the location was great and we had a pleasant experience. The room, however, left much to be desired. We had a triple and it was cramped with barely any room for our luggage and looked like it was in need of a renovation. Also, the bathroom required a step up, which was somewhat dangerous at night. The staff was great and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the paid breakfast on-site. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were smaller compared to the one we stayed in at Osaka. Nowhere to store luggage out of sight. Hotel is walking distance to 3 different train stations and Harajuku (~20 minutes). Surrounding area is quiet which is great after visiting the touristy areas but there isn’t many food options close by. We either ate or picked up food before returning to the hotel. We did run into a celebrity in the lobby one night that made our son’s day because he was able to get a picture with him :)"
