"This hotel is a gem!!! It's only 3 wtops away from Tokyo station, so the location is away feom the business but close e ough to be convenient. The rooms are gorgeous amd bog for Tokyo (at leasy the suite we booked was) its so clean and felt very upscale (at bot upscale prices) family friendly and the public baths felt like a spa! There arent a lot of dining options nearby but there is a Family Mart connected to the hotel which cane in handy. Breakfast was delicious and we will definitely return here when in Tokyo again!"

Not only for going extra miles to arranged the shipment of my lost cellphone bag that I left in the room upon check out and also for your quick respond when my daughter got high fever during our second night when I requested for a thermometer. We felt very safe and cared truly during and even after our stay. it was a long journey for us as first time tourists , physically exhausting , but you made everything worry free and luxurious for us. The high end amenities and complementaries were always checked and refilled daily. The complimentary lounge was also very nice ,well kept and relaxing , the staffs were always very attentive and accommodating as well. Your customer service was far beyond any 5 star hotels I stayed in around the world. "
