"Location, location, location. The location doesn’t get any better. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff is great. The location however is unbeatable. I thought it was going to be weird staying above a train station - but it was the smartest thing we did. Everything was easy and accessible."

"The room is clean and the staff are very helpful. I was planning to call a taxi next morning to the airport , and the staff reminded me that there is bus service right at the hotel. So it was super convenient. We paid for the breakfast for 3 adults and 1 kid, mostly western style breakfast if it is something you want."

"We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient, just a short walk from Shibuya Station, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the room was a huge bonus and made our trip much more convenient. We were also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo."
