Great location, near Shibuya, yet not crowded at all. Easy access to Tokyo Metro Gaiemmae station. Decent size room with washer and microwave which comes in so handy. Breakfast is ok.

Enjoyable stay
Room is quite cosy, though the floor could have been clearer.
Service was great, staff are very polite and helpful; free bathroom supplies and softdrinks at lobby was impressive
