The only reason we’re rating it as 4 stars is because we didn’t realize breakfast was not included or that other services were offered by the owners. If you book this place, ask the owner about the other services such as boating and fishing. Overall, great place to stay!”

“We spent a couple of nights (+ an unexpected extra night after a floatplane weather delay) at this property and it worked out well for the 5 of us. The unit was clean, easy to access and was across the street from a lovely cove and within walking distance of a really nice state park. It is just off the main road so there is road noise. And it is outside of the town of Kodiak so we relied on taxis which were easy to arrange but kind of a hassle - I’d rent a car next time. Jessica (prop manager)……

“It is a great unit for privacy as this unit is detached from he main house. Nice view from the balcony. Newly renovated bathroom. Host, Stephen was extremely kind and welcoming. Communication was very good. He was very responsive with any questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I stayed here on a work trip and my wife and 1 year old tagged along. Stephen was quick to respond to our needs. We were in need of something every night with the little one. Place was clean and warm with the space heater. There was a extra twin bed we used for the little one. We were also able to rent a truck for the trip which was great to get out an see some bears.”
