“Great communication from hosts, Close to Abercrombie park for running, hiking and beach access. The mattress in the small bedroom (no windows) was a bit older/better for kids. There are no black out curtains in king bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and comfortable couches. Appreciated the kids books and toys.”

“This property is exactly what you want when you are visiting Kodiak, AK. Excellent views, cozy and warm, and within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. I will definitely be returning next year.”

“The property is very well maintained. It is very clean and welcoming.Its really nice yo have basic staples in the kitchen so we didnt have to run out and buy all spices. Coffee and tea were also stocked. Its a quiet little area other than boats and water planes coming and going, which to us is part of the charm. This was our second time staying here and looking forwsrd to our next.”

“Regrettably, no parade was thrown in my honor upon checking in. In retrospect, no one made an attempt on my life wile there, so it may be a good place to hide from assassins. The house was clean and comfortable. host made it easy to extend a day when needed. highly recommended.”

“This studio was comfortable and was located close to restaurants. The only reason we’re rating it as 4 stars is because we didn’t realize breakfast was not included or that other services were offered by the owners. If you book this place, ask the owner about the other services such as boating and fishing. Overall, great place to stay!”
