“Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October).”

“la camera descritta non esiste al prezzo indicato. La camera con letto matrimoniale costa 50€ al giorno in più oltre quanto già pagato. Non esiste nessun sistema di ricambio biancheria o pulizia camera. Le camere variano di prezzo in funzione del piano tuttavia le foto fanno riferimento al top della struttura con pagamento supplementare. “Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didn’t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning.”

“Es war alles perfekt, dankeschön!!”

“The atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing. The apartment was great and clean. Only thing was the a/c had an odor when we turned it on. However we didn’t need it much because our unit stayed cool.”

“Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark……

“Stayed here for 7 nights. Did not have breakfast so could not comment. Room was cleaned every day but, for some reason the cleaner never made the bed. Instead he folded the top sheet and blankets neatly at the bottom of the bed each day. Very close to bith the beach and town centre but no noise from outside to disturb your sleep.”

“Casa meravigliosa, arredamento impeccabile. Tutto perfetto!”

“Lovely property with comfortable and functional rooms.”

“Prachtige plek met ook veel buitenruimte, diverse terrasjes en zeer hartelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Echt een aanrader als je van rust houdt!”

“Reservations staff worst we ever have encountered traveling”

“Great place for an experience of a local village stay . Great friendly staff . Only about 20 minutes from the centre of Hereklion. Clean and well maintained”

“Their service is good and comfortable. But they don’t offer water for the second day no matter how many days you stay the hotel. They only offer the first day water.”
